Ping An’s smart city business offers comprehensive, integrated smart city solutions centring on government services, enterprise development, and citizen services to fulfil its mission of serving the country, real economy, and society. Ping An’s smart city business leverages technologies to empower city governance, support industries, advance people’s livelihoods, and facilitate digital government, economy, and society. Ping An’s smart city served 165 cities, 1.74 million enterprises, and 140 million citizens as of December 31, 2021.

Ping An promotes the long-term development of vocational education and corporate training in digital citizen services. Ping An cumulatively served more than 56 million users in vocational education, with courses broadcast about 480 million times by the end of 2021. Ping An also cumulatively served over 1,800 government and corporate customers in corporate training and hosted over 1.68 billion attendees at online conferences and business training programs.

Ping An’s HR-X smart human resources mobile app was used by nearly 30 large and super large enterprises, serving nearly 2.7 million users, as of December 31, 2021. Users accessed the HR-X app over 4.3 billion times, with over 3,000 functions available as of December 31, 2021. Average daily active users have exceeded 500,000 since the HR-X app went live.
